Dear ITS,
How did you miss that I wanted you to install Windows XP on my PC? I only told you 900 times, continually pointing out that I had my recovery disk with me. You told me that you could install Windows XP without it, yet you then installed Windows Vista… I mean, I’m just happy to have a working PC again. And Windows Vista is obviously more stable now than it was a year ago. But...
